Luna Loyalty Club
How to join?
You collect points in the Luna Loyalty loyalty program in such a way that for every 5 EUR spent you get 1 point. When making online purchases on the web shop of Očne optika Luna d.o.o., points are automatically added up and you can always check them in your user profile and, based on the level of collected points, you can immediately see what discount you are receiving.
Points are collected according to the following principle:
WELCOME 4% discount – When registering for the Luna Loyalty Club, you receive a welcome discount
For 100 to 199 points collected, you receive a 10% discount.
For 200 to 299 points collected, you receive a 15% discount.
For 300 to 549 points collected, you receive a 20% discount.
For 550 points and more collected, you receive a 25% discount.
You can also collect points by shopping in our physical stores according to the same principle and they are added to your Loyalty account after the purchase is made, i.e. issued invoice. Points collected through online purchases and purchases in a physical store are added together.
After 24 months from the first points collected, i.e. the date of the first purchase for which you earned points, if you have not spent them, they will be canceled.
